Rachel O’Donnell
Clinical Research Manager
As our Clinical Research Director, Rachel is responsible for the coordination of trials specializing in the treatment of MS, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and migraine. Prior to joining NCNE in 2020, Rachel worked as a research assistant at the Joslin Diabetes Center to better understand the effectiveness of technology-based therapeutic devices for Type 1 diabetes management. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stonehill College and is especially interested in Alzheimer’s research.
Cheri Spintig, NCMA
Office Manager
Cheri Spintig, NCMA, has dedicated over 10 years to healthcare administration, ensuring every patient receives compassionate and efficient care. Cheri oversees the daily clinic operations and focuses on patient experience. She is a nationally certified Medical Assistant and loves being the bridge between patients and our clinical team.
Aditi Katta
Clinical Research Coordinator
Aditi recently joined NCNE as a Clinical Research Coordinator, coordinating clinical trials in Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, and migraine. Previously, she worked in clinical research on gene therapy and investigational treatments for retinal diseases. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Miami, where she contributed to research examining predictors of quality of life among patients with epilepsy undergoing neuropsychological evaluation. She is particularly interested in reducing barriers to clinical research participation and ensuring research findings translate meaningfully to the patients and communities they serve.
Jillian Pellegrini
Clinical Research Coordinator
Jill recently joined NCNE as a Clinical Research Assistant, aiding in tasks associated with clinical trials for the treatment of MS, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and migraine. Prior to her time at NCNE, Jill was a full-time Master’s student at UMass Dartmouth, working towards a degree in Research Psychology. She has recently completed her Master’s thesis on anger and aggression this year. Jill developed a passion for research through her time collecting data while working as an ABA Therapist with children and teens on the Autism spectrum. Although she enjoyed her time as an ABA Therapist, she is excited to be a part of the research team and is especially interested in research related to memory. During her free time, Jill loves to cook and pick up a good book.
Jack Holmes
Clinical Research Assistant
Jack joined NCNE in the summer of 2026 as a Clinical Research Assistant, where he supports research studies focused on MS, Alzheimer’s , Parkinson’s, LBD, and migraine disorders. Prior to joining NCNE, he served as Lab Manager for the Oh Lab, an Alzheimer’s laboratory based at Butler Hospital in Providence. During his undergraduate studies at Brown University, he also gained research experience in both sleep science and computational neuroscience laboratories. Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience from Brown University and is passionate about advancing his understanding of neurological research through his work at NCNE. He has a particular interest in the clinical aspects of research trials and is eager to further develop his expertise in cognitive assessment, neuropsychological testing, and patient evaluation.

Ethan recently joined NCNE as a Clinical Research Assistant supporting MS, Parkinson’s, and Migraine studies. Prior to NCNE, he enjoyed conducting Psychology and Sociology research at Ithaca college. Ethan wants to continue to build his skills in research and is excited to see what he will get to study next. In his spare time, he likes to run, hike and readÂ
